A tanulmány átfogó tudományos elemzést nyújt az MI coachingon belüli alkalmazási lehetőségeiről, hatékonyságáról, etikai kihívásairól és jövőbeli trendjeiről. A cikk arra a következtetésre jut, hogy az MI egy erős kiegészítő eszköz, amely forradalmasítja a coachingszolgáltatások nyújtását és szélesíti azok hatókörét, nem pedig egy helyettesítője az emberi coachoknak. Ez a fejlődés megköveteli a módszertani elemek rendszerezését, ami alapvető a szakma professzionalizálásához, a képzés minőségéhez és a kutatások megbízhatóságához. A tanulmány egy ötdimenziós taxonómiát javasol, amely integrálja a nemzetközi szakmai szervezetek (ICF, EMCC) elveit, valamint a rendszerelvű és megoldásközpontú coaching megközelítéseket. Az öt dimenzió – a kommunikációs technikák, a kognitív-pszichológiai stratégiák, a rendszerelvű szemlélet, a cél- és eredményorientált struktúrák, valamint az etikai és reflektív kompetenciák – egy keretet biztosítanak, amely segíti a coaching folyamatok átlátható értékelését és a hatékonyság mérését. Eleinte a „megrendelő” sokszor még tisztában sincs a coaching fogalmával, folyamatával, a szervezetfejlesztési folyamatban betöltött helyével, szerepével és jellegével sem. Ugyanakkor a szervezet csaknem egészére kiterjedő, megoldásért kiáltó problémákat tapasztalnak, ami egyértelművé teszi a számukra, hogy itt egy viszonylag gyorsan végrehajtható, komplex, a szervezetet teljes mértékben érintő szervezetfejlesztésre van szükség. Ezek alapján úgy „érzik”, hogy a két tevékenység együttes, harmonikusan összeforrott alkalmazása akár csodákat is hozhat a számukra. Több évtizedes szervezetfejlesztői és coaching tapasztalattal a hátam mögött bizton állíthatom, hogy nem állnak messze a valóságtól … A gyakorlati tapasztalatok tükrében azonban nem árt tisztázni pár fontos elméleti meghatározást, melyek olykor – sajnos úgy a hazai, mint a külföldi szakirodalomban is – pontatlanok, félrevezetőek lehetnek. Furthermore, the study also attempted to analyze the impact of these practices on organizational commitment of employees in the investigated firms. Using random sampling technique, data was collected from 503 sales representatives of various pharmaceutical companies operating in the country. Results of one-sample t test presented that multinational companies have a higher level of adoption of standardized HRM practices than local companies. Similarly, multiple regression analyses demonstrated that compensation, performance evaluation and promotion practices significantly influence employees' organizational commitment. These findings provide support for the contingency approach to HRM.
