A büntetés-végrehajtás egyik legfontosabb feladata, hogy elősegítse az elítélteknek
a
társadalomba történő visszailleszkedését annak érdekében, hogy a társadalom jogkövető
tagjává váljon, illetőleg, hogy megelőzze a bűnismétlést. Jelen tanulmányunk célja,
hogy
bemutassa a szabadságvesztés büntetés ideje alatt és ahhoz kapcsolódóan a fiatalkorúak
reszocializációs nevelésének átfogó jellegét, fontosságát. Ismertetni szükséges azon
eszközöket
és módszereket, amelyek segíthetnek a bűncselekményt elkövető, sokszor antiszociális
magatartást tanúsító fiatalok nevelésében, majd a társadalomba való beilleszkedésük
megoldásában.
One of the most important tasks of the prison system is to promote the reintegration
of convicted
persons into society in order for them to become law-abiding members of the community
and
to prevent reoffending. The aim of the present study is to present the comprehensive
nature and
importance of the resocialization and educational efforts directed at juveniles during
and in
connection with the execution of custodial sentences. It is necessary to outline the
tools and
methods that can assist in the education of young offenders—who often display antisocial
behavior—and subsequently support their successful integration into society.
