A megelőzés érdekében fontos az öngondoskodás fejlesztése, amelyben kiemelkedő jelentőséggel bír a tudatos jelenlét gyakorlása, s amely elősegíti az adaptív kognitív érzelemszabályozó stratégiák alkalmazását, növeli a pszichés jóllétet, és csökkenti az impulzivitást. Célkitűzés: A tudatos jelenlét alapú kognitív terápia (mindfulness based cognitive therapy, MBCT) vizsgálata mentálhigiénés szakemberek tudatos jelenlét készségeire, érzelemszabályozási stratégiáira, impulzivitásuk és pszichés jóllétük szintjére. Módszer: A vizsgálatban 91 mentálhigiénés szakember vett részt (átlagéletkor: 44,5 év), nyolcalkalmas csoportos, tudatos jelenlét alapú kognitív terápián. Mérőeszközök a csoport előtt és befejezése után: Ötfaktoros Tudatos Jelenlét Kérdőív (FFMQ), Kognitív Érzelemszabályozás Kérdőív (CERQ), Rövidített Barratt Impulzivitás Skála (BIS-R-8), WHO Jóllét Kérdőív (WBI-5). Az adatfeldolgozás SPSS 25-ös statisztikai programmal történt. Eredmények: Az intervenciót követően a tudatos jelenlét szintje szignifikánsan emelkedett, különösen az ítéletmentesség, a tudatos cselekvés és a megfigyelés területén. Szignifikáns javulás mutatkozott az adaptív érzelemszabályozási stratégiákban, különösen a pozitív újraértelmezés és az elfogadás terén. Az impulzivitás önmagában nem csökkent, de szignifikáns negatív együttjárást mutatott a tudatos jelenlét tudatos cselekvés és leírás alskáláival, valamint az MBCT után az FFMQ megfigyelés alskálája szignifikáns pozitív együttjárást mutatott a CERQ adaptív kognitív érzelemszabályozási stratégiákkal, ezen belül kiemelten a perspektívába helyezéssel és a pozitív átértékeléssel. Megbeszélés és következtetés: A tudatos jelenlét alapú kognitív terápiás képzés jelentősen fejlesztette a tudatos jelenlét készségeket és az adaptív érzelemszabályozó stratégiák alkalmazását a mentális egészségügyi szakemberek körében. A résztvevők ítéletmentessége, tudatos jelenléte és megfigyelőképessége, valamint a pozitív fókuszváltás és az elfogadás alkalmazása szignifikánsan javult. Ezek a változások mérsékelték a negatív érzelmi állapotot és a stresszt, valamint növelték a szakmai nehézségekkel való megküzdés hatékonyságát. Az elfogadás fejlődése nyitottabb, ítéletmentesebb hozzáállást eredményezett önmagukhoz és másokhoz, ami tovább erősítette a stresszcsökkentő hatást. Orv Hetil. 2025; 166(44): 1736–1745. | ntroduction: Mental health professionals in direct patient care are frequently exposed to prolonged stress, increasing the risk of anxiety, depression, and burnout. Mindfulness practice supports self-care by promoting adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, enhancing psychological well-being, and reducing impulsivity. Objective: To examine the effects of MBCT on mindfulness skills, emotion regulation strategies, impulsivity, and psychological well-being among mental health professionals. Method: 91 professionals (mean age: 44.5 years) participated in 9 group mindfulness-based cognitive therapy ses- sions. Measurements before and after the program included: Five-Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ), Shortened Barratt Impulsivity Scale (BIS-R-8), and WHO Well- Being Index (WBI-5). Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. Results: Mindfulness levels increased significantly, particularly in nonjudgment, mindful action, and observation. Adaptive emotion regulation strategies improved, especially positive reinterpretation and acceptance. Impulsivity did not decrease directly but showed significant negative correlations with mindful action and description subscales at post-test. The FFMQ observation subscale correlated positively with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strate- gies, notably perspective taking and positive reappraisal. Discussion and conclusion: Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy training significantly enhanced mindfulness skills and adaptive emotion regulation strategy use. Improvements in nonjudgment, mindfulness, observation, positive refram- ing, and acceptance contributed to reduced negative emotional states and more effective coping with professional challenges. Increased acceptance fostered a more open, nonjudgmental attitude toward self and others, further sup- porting stress reduction.
