Az Evangélikus Hittudományi Egyetemen a részvételi akciókutatás gondolata, a szándékos
tanítványság
és a tanítványi kiscsoportok koncepciója egymásra talált egy doktori kutatás keretein
belül, amelynek tapasz-
talataiból, a felhatalmazó vezetôi magatartásra következtethetünk. A teológiai reflexió
és az empirikus kutatás
kombinációja a felekezetközi kontextusban végzett részvételi akciókutatással hatékonyan
átültethetô a gyakor-
latba, ezáltal segítve a keresztény gyülekezeteket abban, hogy a változó világban
releváns és eleven krisztusi
vezetésre és tanítványságra törekedjenek. A felhatalmazó vezetés fogalma kulcsfogalom
a modern társada-
lomtudományokban és a tanítványság területén. Ebben a tanulmányban a „Közösség ereje”
részvételi akció-
kutató csoport tapasztalatai alapján a felhatalmazó vezetés gyakorlati aspektusait
szeretnénk vizsgálni a
tanítványság területén, különös tekintettel a vezetôi magatartásra.
At the Lutheran Theological University of Budapest, the idea of participatory action
research, intentional
discipleship, and small groups of disciples converged in a doctoral research project,
the experiences of which
allow us to draw conclusions about empowering leadership. The combination of theological
reflection and
empirical research with participatory action research in an interdenominational context
can be effectively
translated into practice, thereby helping Christian congregations to strive for relevant
and vibrant ways of
Christian discipleship and a fresh attitude of leadership in a changing world. The
concept of empowering
leadership is key in modern social sciences and also in the field of discipleship.
In this study, based on the
experiences of the participatory action research group „Banding together” we want
to look at the practical
aspects of empowering leadership in the field of discipleship, with a special focus
on leadership behavior.
