In his review in the second half of the 1910s, Károly Tagányi refers several timesto
Mongolian customary law. From this point of view, the ‘successors’ also followedthe
research on Mongolian legal customs. György Bónis compared the institutions ofHungarian
and Mongolian customary law, in which he found comparative legalhistoricalanalogies.
In my study, I will focus on the methodology of research, startingfrom the enumeration
of Mongolian examples, and above all on the experience andterminology of field research.
