A tanulmány ettől eltér, és új megoldást alkalmaz: a magyar alkotmánybírósági gyakorlat egy meghatározott szegmensének, a foglalkoztatási jogviszonyokhoz kapcsolódó döntések hivatkozási hálózatának elemzését nyújtja. Kimutattuk, hogy 2015-től kezdve dominánssá válnak az Alaptörvény hatálya alatt hozott precedensekre való hivatkozások, bár a korábbi alkotmányos gyakorlatra való hivatkozások sem tűnnek el teljesen. A kutatás során azonosítottuk azokat a csomópontokat, amelyek a releváns alapjogsérelmek rendszerét és mintázatát jelenítik meg.
