A tanulmány a gyülekezeti közösségteremtés kihívásait vizsgálja Zygmunt Bauman szociológiai
közösségkritikája és a gyakorlati teológia párbeszédében. A posztmodern társadalomban
a közösségi kötődések gyengülése, az identitáskeresés és a globalizáció új kihívások
elé állítják a keresztény gyülekezeteket. A tanulmány célja, hogy interdiszciplináris
megközelítésben keressen válaszokat a közösségi élet megújítására, a missziói küldetés
erősítésére és a gyülekezeti fejlődés támogatására. Kiemelten foglalkozik a közösség
teológiai értelmezésével, a társadalmi változások hatásaival és a közösségépítés lehetséges
stratégiáival, hangsúlyozva a Szentlélek munkáját és a kontextuális kreativitásra
épülő megújulás szükségességét. | The study explores the challenges of congregational
community building through the dialogue between Zygmunt Bauman’s sociological critique
of community and practical theology. In postmodern society, the weakening of communal
bonds, identity seeking, and the effects of globalization pose new challenges for
Christian congregations. The aim is to examine, from an interdisciplinary perspective,
how community life can be renewed, missional vocation strengthened, and congregational
development supported. Special attention is given to the theological interpretation
of community, the impact of societal changes, and potential strategies for community
building – emphasizing the need for renewal rooted in the dynamic work of the Holy
Spirit and context-sensitive creativity.
