A beruházást igénylő és nem igénylő intézkedések elterjedtsége mellett négy fő lakossági szegmens specifikus jellemzői is azonosításra kerültek. Az eredmények rávilágítottak az energiahatékonysági döntések demográfia- és ingatlanspecifikus különbségeire, amelyek differenciált támogatási és szabályozási stratégiák kialakítását igénylik.
