Az elemzés az Eurostat nyilvános adatbázisán alapul, amely átfogó gazdasági mutatókat tartalmaz a szektor szereplőiről. Többszörös regressziós modellek és varianciaanalízis segítségével vizsgáljuk, hogy a vállalatméret és a hozzáadott érték milyen mértékben befolyásolja a nettó árbevételt és a termelékenységet. Kiemelt figyelmet fordítunk a mesterséges intelligencia és az automatizáció szerepére, amelyek jelentős átalakulást idéznek elő a könyvvizsgálati folyamatokban.
