Az 1980-as évek végén bekövetkezett rendszerváltozások előtt a legtöbb kelet-európai országban az állami tulajdonú vállalatok az EEM-tevékenysége elsősorban személyügyi funkció volt. Az elmúlt három évtizedben a helyzet jelentősen megváltozott. A gazdasági életben megjelenő multinacionális cégek igen jelentős mértékben járultak hozzá a magyarországi EEM átalakulásához. Befolyásoló tényező továbbá a szakszervezetek ereje és befolyása a közszférában és egyes speciális szektorokban. Az elmúlt három év eseményei jelentős hatással voltak a szervezetek és intézmények irányítási és EEM-rendszereire globálisan és Magyarországon egyaránt. Cikkünkben két egymást követő, 2022-ben és 2023-ban végzett kutatás során tapasztalt általános és EEM-hez kapcsolódó vállalati reakciókat mutatjuk be. Vizsgálatunk a Magyarországon működő hazai és külföldi tulajdonú cégekre irányult. Összességében megállapítható, hogy a nemzetközi nagyvállalatok az esetek többségében sokkal határozottabban és innovatívabban reagáltak a háborús konfliktus okozta helyzetekre. Abstract: Human resource management (HRM) activities are influenced by many external and internal factors. Before the system changes that occurred at the end of the 1980s, the HRM activities of state-owned companies in most Eastern European countries were primarily a personnel function. In the last three decades, the situation has changed significantly. Multinational companies appearing in economic life have contributed to the transformation of HRM in Hungary to a very significant extent. Another influencing factor is the power and influence of trade unions in the public sector and some special sectors. The events of the past three years had a significant impact on the management and HRM systems of organizations and institutions both globally and in Hungary. In our article, we present the general and HRM-related company reactions experienced during two consecutive surveys conducted in 2022 and 2023. Our study focused on domestic and foreign-owned companies operating in Hungary.
