This study explores how QR codes can be integrated into e-commerce systems, with a focus on shipping and logistics processes. The use of QR codes enables accurate tracking of products from order to delivery, thus increasing transparency and reducing the occurrence of errors. Customers can track the status of their orders in real time using QR codes, which improves customer experience and satisfaction. In the area of warehouse management, QR codes provide quick access to inventory data, which significantly increases the efficiency of work processes. In addition, the use of QR codes in inventory identification and management enables the implementation of automatic data entry and inventory updating, which reduces administrative burdens and minimizes the possibility of human error. The study points out that the use of QR codes not only enables the improvement of current systems, but also offers new opportunities for the development of intelligent logistics solutions.
