However, their sustainable management is complex and challenging, requiring a thorough understanding. Monitoring the condition and changes of habitats is crucial, which can be facilitated by analyzing the organisms and vegetation present in the area. To further refine the classification process, it may be important to disaggregate classes into phenophases, which can be supported by examining the Jeffries-Matusita distances. In the case study presented of the Rakamazi Nagy-Morotva, a multispectral UAS-based survey was conducted to assess the separability of classes. The results indicate that higher accuracy cannot be achieved with classes disaggregated into phenophases. However, based on the separability analysis, it may be worth considering the separation of only a few classes where high separability values are achieved, thus allowing for the production of more
