Ezen élelmiszerek különböznek másfajta élelmiszerektől, így érdemes vizsgálni, hogy milyen információkra kíváncsiak a fogyasztók velük kapcsolatban. Az alábbiakban kérdőíves kutatás keretében vizsgáltuk, hogy milyen információkra keresnek rá a fogyasztók a vegán élelmiszerekkel kapcsolatban. The vegan lifestyle and vegan food products are in the area of interest of some consumers. These products are different from other types of food products, so it can be interesting to examine what kind of information consumers are looking for regarding to vegan food products.
