A globális problémákra egy lokális szintű válaszlehetőség a permakultúrás növénytermesztés. Előadásomban két ökológiai szempontokat figyelembe vevő mezőgazdasági eljárást, a permakultúrát és a biodinamikus gazdálkodást hasonlítom össze. A környezettudatosság attitűdjének elemei, az élet más területeihez hasonlóan, lokális kapcsolatrendszereken keresztül, érzelmi alapon épülnek be a személyiségbe. Ebből a nézőpontból válnak kulcskérdéssé gyermekkorban az iskolai kertművelési gyakorlatok. A farm-alapú nevelés tevékenység alapon közelít a gyermekhez és a természettel való aktív kapcsolatot a kertészeti munkák segítségével szeretné fejleszteni. A szakértői interjúkban arra a kérdésre kerestem a választ: mi indokolja egy ma egy farm-alapú iskola létrehozását, várhatóan milyen hatással van a fiatalok identitására? Sustainability, as one of the most critical problems of our century, must also be pursued in the field of food and agricultural production. A local answer to global problems is permaculture plant cultivation. In my presentation, I will compare two ecological agricultural methods, permaculture and biodynamic farming. The elements of the attitude of environmental awareness, like in other areas of life, are built into the personality through local relationship systems and on an emotional basis. From this point of view, school gardening practices become a key issue in childhood. Farm-based education approaches the child based on activities and wants to develop an active relationship with nature with the help of gardening work.
