Ennek szavatolása a régóta működő minőség-ellenőrzési mechanizmusok kialakítása és működtetése. Ezek a minőség-ellenőrzési mechanizmusok azon túl, hogy a minőségbiztosítás garanciájaként szolgálnak, megkönnyítik a gyártás, értékesítés folyamatát (biztosítják a szolgáltatás minőségét).
