Esélyegyenlőség a közösségi művelődésben – Közművelődési intézmények és közösségi színterek reprezentatív felmérése (3. rész)

A tanulmány egy 2017-2018 között megvalósult országos reprezentatív kutatás közművelődési aspektusainak esélyegyenlőséggel kapcsolatos eredményeit mutatja be. [1] A munka elméleti része a közművelődésben megjelenő esélyegyenlőség jogi, közigazgatási és szakmai alapjait tárja fel. [2] Erre alapozva mutatja be a tanulmány azt a reprezentatív vizsgálatot, amelynek vonatkozó kérdései arra irányultak, hogy a közművelődési intézmények és színterek működésükben figyelembe veszik-e és ha igen, milyen mértékben az esélyegyenlőségi szempontokat. A tanulmányban elemzésre kerültek az akadálymentesítés különböző aspektusai és az is, hogy a közművelődési közösségi színterek és intézmények a halmozottan hátrányos társadalmi csoportok részére milyen programokat és szolgáltatásokat kínálnak, és azokat jellemzően milyen forrásokból valósítják meg. A reprezentatív kutatás empirikus tapasztalatai kiegészültek a vonatkozó, legfrissebb 2021-es, illetve korábbi közművelődési statisztikai adatsorokkal. | The study presents the results of a national representative research on equal opportunities in the field of community culture carried out in 2017-2018. The theoretical part of the work explores the legal, administrative and professional foundations of equal opportunities in community culture. On this basis, the study presents a representative survey, the relevant questions of which were aimed at finding out whether and to what extent community cultural institutions and venues take equal opportunities aspects into account in their operations. The study analysed different aspects of accessibility. It also presents and analyses what programmes and services are offered and typically funded by community cultural venues and institutions for groups with multiple disadvantages. The empirical findings of the representative research were complemented by the most recent relevant statistical data series on public culture for 2021 and earlier.
