A tanulmányban elsősorban a közösségi művelődés elmúlt évszázadának hetvenes és nyolcvanas
évekbeli reformtörekvései kerülnek bemutatásra. Ezek a folyamatok azonban nem érthetőek
meg a korábbi évtizedek és bizonyos mértékben a két világháború közötti és azt megelőző
időszak kulturális eseményeinek figyelembevétele nélkül. A tanulmány éppen ezért tárgyalja
egyrészt a vizsgált időszakot megelőző évtizedek legfontosabb, a közösségi művelődést
közvetve meghatározó nemzetközi és hazai eseményeit. Másrészt elemzi azokat a folyamatokat
is, amelyek közvetlenül határozták meg a szakma mára történelemmé, művelődés- és szakmatörténeti
eseménnyé nemesedő korszakait. A dolgozat, a kutatási kérdéseinek megfelelően, az
alapvető célokhoz és értékekhez kapcsolódó kulcsfogalmak és tevékenységek mentén igyekszik
feltárni azt a szakmai kontinuitást is, amely részben a kiegyezés időszakát, a két
világháború közötti periódust kötötte össze a szabadművelődés rövid időszakával, a
hetvenes és nyolcvanas évek reformtörekvéseivel, a rendszerváltás időszakával, majd
a 2012-től elinduló nagyszabású változásokkal a közművelődésben. | The study focuses
on the reform efforts of community culture in the seventies and eighties of the last
century. However, these processes cannot be understood without taking into account
the cultural events of the preceding decades and, to some extent, of the period between
and before the two world wars. This is why the paper will discuss, on the one hand,
the most important international and domestic events of the decades preceding the
period under examination, which indirectly shaped the development of community culture.
On the other hand, it also analyses the processes that directly determined the events
that have now become history and cultural history of the profession. In line with
its research questions, the paper also seeks to explore the professional continuity
that partly linked the period of the Austro-Hungarian Reconciliation, the era between
the two world wars, the 1945-48 period, the reform efforts of the 1970s and 1980s,
the era of system change and the major changes in community culture that started in
2012, along the lines of key concepts and activities related to its fundamental goals
and values.
