A tanulmány egy haditechnikai eszköz életciklusköltségeinek felépítését mutatja be
a LYNX KF41 harcjárműbeszerzést használva példaként. Betekintést nyújt az új eszköz
igényének születésétől a piackutatáson, az új harceljárások és doktrínák kidolgozásán,
a hadiipari termelés létesítésén, az előállított haditechnikai eszközök rendszerbe
állításán, használatán keresztül a rendszerből történő kivonásáig keletkező költségekbe.
A tanulmány zárásaként röviden emutatom a hadiipari fejlesztések hosszútávú, pozitív
társadalmi és gazdasági vonzatait.
The study introduces the structure of the life cycle costs of military technology,
using the acquisition of the LYNX KF41 IFV as an example. It reviews the costs generated
from the birth of the need for new military equipment,
through the establishment of defence industry production capacity, the introduction
of the product into the armed forces, and its usage until the phasing out of said
product. The study closes with a short summary of the long-term positive economic
and societal effects of armed forces development.
