As the use of the concept of trauma experience has been complemented with the concept of Rüsen retraumatization, it can be established that the individual who has suffered trauma is constantly forced to deal with what happened to them, the painful experience appears repeatedly in their thoughts, dreams, fantasy, and flashbacks (Caruth, 1996: 92). In my analysis, I present acting outs and flashbacks by showing an examination of a renowned Hungarian poet’s biographical life events in parallel with a comparative investigation. During this process, I compare biographical events discussing traumatic life events with the poet's poems. According to the professional findings of the national theoretician, these traumas rarely go away without accompanying events, because in most cases they accompany the individual throughout their life. I would like to prove Gábor Gyáni, Ferenc Erős and Freud's concept of remembering traumatic experiences and the concept of repression. (Gyáni, 2006:6) According to my own experience from my practice, compulsions to repeat are common forms of expression in the case of persons who have experienced trauma, the presentation of both flashbacks and acting outs is therefore justified.
