To investigate how business educators can ensure that graduates will become ethical professionals, key instructors of an international business Bachelor programme at a Hungarian university were interviewed, since the link between professional ethics education and such undergraduate programmes was found as an under-researched topic. Our thematic content analysis revealed a non-systematic approach and a variety of practices concerning professional ethics education.
