The results of the related surveys not only provide a basis for comparison based on objective measurements, but also allow further lessons to be drawn, primarily with reference to Hungarian conditions. This is the purpose of the CRANET survey, which aims to gather information on EEM practices and their changes in different countries. Within the questionnaire, the aspect of training and development appears in several sections.
