BBS (https://uni-bge.hu/en) and Case Solvers (www.case-solvers.com) aims to train problem solvers and deliver talents to the best employees. To meet with the needs which were challenged by the global pandemic, the first virtual job fair was co-organized in May, 2021. Since then, 2 other virtual job fair was organized for BBS students. The Virtual Job Fair is an innovative solution developed together with Case Solvers, a Budapest-based HRTech and EdTEch start-up company. BBS’s goal was to provide a new digital service to both our business partners and students, bring together the students from 3 faculties, highlight BBS’ sustainability and business development initiatives, and promote BBS educational- (Ma, MsC, Doctoral) and international programs (e.g.: Erasmus). Case Solvers’ main objective was to develop a platform where students can assess their key employability skills and match their profiles with the open positions which fits the best to their skills. Number of participants, number of exhibitor companies and the number of matches (applications) were the three main KPIs behind the virtual events. Since 2021 May, 3000+ job seeker students, 115 employer (exhibitor) were participated in three virtual job fairs and 4100+ match making happend through the platform (https://bgeallasborze.hu/).
