This paper presents the results of measurements of thermal parameters characterizing
self-heating and mutual thermal couplings in LED modules. Three types of such modules
are considered. They are characterized by different dimensions and different mounting
manners. The tested modules are described and the applied measurement method is presented.
Then, the presented results of measurements are discussed.
