A cikk a vállalatértékelés témakörét a bankok nézőpontjából, azon belül is elsősorban az MKB bank példáján keresztül mutatja be. A külső és belső környezeti elemzés után ismert modellek segítségével próbál képet alkotni a bankszektorról. Kitér a bankok által legtöbbször alkalmazott értékelési módszerekre, mint például a mérlegalapú, az eredménykimutatásalapú, illetve a diszkontált CashFlow-alapú vállalatértékelési módszerekre. Az értékelések 5 év beszámolói alapján készültek, néhol azonban historikus adatokra is támaszkodik a minél pontos kalkulációk elkészítése érdekében, hogy pontosabb képet alkothasson Magyarország egyik jól ismert bankjáról. The topic of company valuation is both more popular and a subject that is being investigated by many people. I think it plays an increasingly important role in the life of companies, whether it is a question of selling or buying a company or taking out a loan. The article presents the topic of company valuation from the point of view of banks, primarily through the example of MKB Bank. After the external and internal environmental analysis, the article tries to form an image of the banking sector using well-known models. It covers the most commonly used valuation methods used by banks, such as balance sheet-based, profit and loss-based, and discounted cash-flow-based company valuation methods.
