A tanulmányban sorra vesszük ezen újszerű technológia üzleti előnyeit, valamint alkalmazásának akadályozó tényezőit. Primer kutatásunk során célul tűztük ki azon cégek tapasztalatait tanulmányozni, amelyek már alkalmazzák a blokklánc technológiát üzleti tevékenységük részeként. Szakértői mélyinterjúkat készítettünk a technológiát biztosító üzleti szereplőkkel, akik rendelkezésre bocsátják rendszerüket a szállítmányok nyomon követésére, hitelesítésére és azonosítására, valamint az ellátási lánc és a logisztikai folyamatok menedzselésére.
