Among these, smartphone applications definitely deserve to be highlighted, since the majority of customers/citizens already have such devices, which can make administration in this area much easier and more convenient. One of the important technical and development tools of the 20th century is the range of drones originally developed for military purposes. Undoubtedly, drones can be apostrophized as one of the most popular technical tools, based on the fact that in addition to their ever-expanding uses, they also provide excellent help for leisure activities and outdoor photo / video documentation. In addition, we can find their application in more and more fields of our Hungarian public administration system. In recent years, the use of drones has been successfully introduced in more and more administrative areas, which makes the work of the authorities more efficient and faster, which in many cases can lead to the saving of human lives too. From these areas of expertise, I have highlighted some of the good practices that I consider to be most important and may give some positive exressions to implement it in other fields. Among these, the support and modernization of law enforcement tasks in this direction deserves special attention these days. Az okostelefon applikációk mellett a magyar közigazgatásban a rendészeti szerveknél vannak további lehetőségek, hogy más kiválóan alkalmazható eszközök is megkönnyíthessék a hatóságok tevékenységeit. Ezek között mindenképpen kiemelést érdemelnek az okostelefon applikációk, mivel az ügyfelek/állampolgárok többsége már rendelkezik ilyen eszközökkel, melyek sokkal könnyebbé, kényelmesebbé tehetik az ügyintézést ezen a területen is. A XXI. század egyik fontos technikai, fejlesztési eszközei közé tartozik, az eredendően haditechnikai célokra kifejlesztett drónok köre. A drónokat kétségtelenül az egyik legnépszerűbb technikai eszközként is aposztrofálhatjuk, melynek alapját az adja, hogy az egyre szélesedő felhasználási lehetőségei mellett szabadidős tevekénységhez, szabadtéri fotó/videó dokumentáláshoz is kiváló segítséget nyújtanak. Emellett pedig a hazai közigazgatási rendszerünk egyre több szakterületén találkozhatunk alkalmazásukkal.
