Avian cytokines and their receptors

With rapid advances being continually made in the field of avian immunology, new data is constantly coming to light and enhancing our knowledge of key immunological molecules. This chapter describes the current state of knowledge of avian cytokines, specifically concentrating on the chicken. This chapter presents an overview of the different families of cytokines and their receptors, as well as their modes of actions and potential use to enhance the protection of poultry against disease. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd.
