      <abstractText>A Corporate Values Kft. 2009-ben KMOP fejlesztési célú pályázat segítségével létrehozott egy olyan szervezettudományos közösséget, amelynek célja egy komplex és innovatív szervezet-diagnosztikai modell és mérőeszköz létrehozása volt. A kutatók és jelen cikk szerzői az eddigi elméleti modellek, szervezeti megközelítések és személyes tapasztalataik alapján állították össze a szervezetek működésére és diagnosztikájára alkalmas innovatív megközelítést. A fejlesztés 2009-2010-ig zajlott.
A szakirodalmi kutatások alapján szerkesztett modell jelentős újítást képvisel a szervezetelméletek terén, az egyén-csoport-szervezeti illeszkedés szisztematikus és rendszerszintű megjelenítése a szervezeti modellek között itt jelenik meg elsőként. Jelen tanulmány a szervezeti modell felépítésének logikáját mutatja be.</abstractText>
