A szerző korábbi könyveiben is meglehetősen radikálisan érvelt a jogi szolgáltatások átszervezésének szükségessége mellett, és új művében is ezt az attitűdöt képviseli. Susskind ezúttal a bíróságok működésének átalakítása mellett kardoskodik, és ad alternatívát arra, hogy szerinte milyen módon és módszerekkel kellene átalakítani a több évszázados bírósági rendszerünket annak érdekében, hogy az igazságszolgáltatás minél több ember számára legyen valóban elérhető. Címéből is látható módon a szerző legfontosabb koncepciója az online bíróságok megvalósítása, ami a világméretű koronavírus járvány közepén egyre inkább valóssággá válik, ebből a perspektívából pedig Susskind elképzelését akár látnokinak is nevezhetjük.
