No country, sector, business, or individual will be immune to its impact and consequences. We have to deal with the loss of control and have to cope with severe social and financial circumstances while facing the unknown. As human beings, we crave security, and the heightened worry due to the future leads to anxiety, stress, and the feeling of powerlessness. We are different in how much uncertainty we can tolerate in life and what kind of coping mechanism we apply. The young generation has to deal with the challenges of online learning, and the consequences of the social distancing, plus the uncertainty regarding their plans to work abroad.
