A pénzügyi piacok mikrostruktúrája true false /api/journal/39782 REVIEWED true true 39782 true 39782 false 0023-4346 1588-113X Journal HUNGARIAN 62 3 229 262 229 34 2015 Áttekintő tanulmányunkban arra keressük a választ, hogy mit és miért veszítenek az intézményi pénzügyi piacokon kereskedő szereplők a piaci súrlódások és az egyes piacok sajátos mikrostruktúrája következtében. Egységes elemzési keretben és jelölésrendszerben mutatjuk be a tőzsdén kívüli kereskedés fő formáit: a közvetlen keresés és alku folyamatát, a köztes közvetítő hatását és a hálózaton való kereskedést, majd ugyanebben a keretben térünk ki a központosított piacok működésére is, ahol az árjegyzői, valamint az ajánlatvezérelt piacokat tárgyaljuk. Általános helyzetképet adunk arról is, hogy jellemzően milyen mikrostrukturális környezetben kereskednek ma bizonyos eszköztípusokkal (bankközi hitel–betét, kötvény, részvény, deviza, derivatíva) a pénzügyi piacokon.
