The building sector has the largest mitigation potential of
greenhouse gas emissions. The environmental considerations
became important criteria of the construction projects now. This
paper confronts the project management approaches required for
delivering a successful green building project to the approaches
of a conventional constructional project. According to the
analysis of certain management knowledge areas remarkable
recommendations were created for managing prosperous green
projects. Taking these advices and delivering cost-conscious
successful green constructions, green building will become
common.
