    Abstract: This article describes the final phase of the TUB robot-controller’s development. As we experienced, there are considerable differences between theoretical robot control and practical algorithmic solutions. This knowledge usually remains in the domain of robot manufacturing companies, and is not available for the education. This paper shares some of the experiences learned during the development of a concrete robot control software, especially the solutions related to the implementation of the robot geometry handling.
