Organization Development: Emotional Intelligence-development
strategies: The Emotional Intelligence is a new viewpoint of the
organizational development. The development of Emotional
Intelligence is a continuum from birth to death, as life long
learning generally. In the process of socialization there is a
gap, during the years of high school, not supporting the EI
development of students. The causes of this occurrence are
analyzed. There are presented the measurement methods of EI, as
well, as strategies of organizational EI development. Namely
there is presented the coaching strategy, the training strategy
and EI management strategy. Training and Coaching Method is
suggested, as a way to improve the EI of students of Budapest
Business School. The value of diploma would be improved for
students and companies in this way.
